This policy is communicated to staff by instruction, training, supervision and personal development to ensure they understand how the relevance and importance of their activities contribute to the achievement of Mervyn Lambert Plant Ltd’s quality objectives. MLP ensures that all staff are adequately trained and competent to carry out their duties.
The aims of this quality policy are reflected in the development and monitoring of measurable business & quality objectives and customer satisfaction.
Achieving these standards is the responsibility of the entire team at MLP and the management team is fully committed to the implementation of this policy statement and the continual improvements of its Quality Management System and business practices.
